Account and data deletion

Request account deletion
Email mindfocus.support@gmail.com from the registered Gmail address with the subject “Delete my MindFocus account”. Include the account address and confirm that you understand deletion cannot be undone.
Data that will be deleted
The account, personal decks, vocabulary, related learning sessions, and payment orders not required for accounting or fraud prevention will be deleted or anonymised.
Data that may be retained
Security logs, completed transactions, or short-lived backups may be kept as needed for law, disputes, and system protection, then removed through the retention cycle.
Verification
MindFocus may verify account ownership before processing. Never send a password or OTP.
