1. Acceptance
By using MindFocus, you agree to these terms and related policies. If you disagree, stop using the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for login security and activity under your account. Registration follows the formats supported by the system. Accounts may not be sold, mass-shared, or created automatically.
3. User content and Community
You retain rights to your original content while granting MindFocus the technical permission needed to store, process, and display it as part of the service. When Share is enabled, content may appear in Community and be saved by others as an attributed snapshot. Removing it from Community does not automatically delete snapshots already saved. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, privacy-violating, or malicious content.
4. Free and Pro plans
Free accounts are limited to 10 decks and 100 words per deck. Pro is designed for up to 200 decks and 7,000 words per deck with the benefits shown on the Upgrade page. Pricing, limits, and features may change with reasonable notice.
5. Abuse prevention
Do not use bots, automated scripts, bulk abuse, or behaviour that overloads the service. MindFocus may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate abusive accounts. Deliberate disruption may make Pro payments non-refundable where permitted by law.
6. Payments
The Pro page creates VietQR orders for Pro or a B2B deposit. Automatic verification requires a connected and authenticated banking webhook; until then, orders may be reviewed manually. Users must preserve the exact amount and transfer content. Donations are voluntary and do not unlock Pro.
7. Availability
MindFocus may pause for maintenance, bug fixes, or security. While reasonable care is taken, users should keep a copy of important source vocabulary.
8. Disclaimer
MindFocus supports learning but does not guarantee exam outcomes, language proficiency, or perfect accuracy of TTS and user-created data.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, law, or providers change. The latest update date appears at the top.
